My personal guidance and assistance will help you sharpen your pole and aerial hoop technique to the highest degree!
For those new to lollipop, this discipline offers an exciting opportunity to explore aerial hoop (lyra) and freestanding stage pole combinations, transitioning between the two. During these private lessons, students will learn effective lollipop-specific conditioning exercises, poses, spins, and combinations. These sessions will help build confidence, strength, and flexibility, creating an ideal environment to help empower you alongside having my undivided support and attention. You must have previous pole and ore aerial hoop experience in order to attend a private class.

You receive not only face to face support but you also get FREE access to the @powerfitwithflexibiliti stretch page that has over 10 flexibility videos for you to follow. I will also send you personal feedback after every session.
Location of classes will be in Brixton.
If you decide to purchase a block of 4 classes you save £20.00 please email me to confirm dates and time for the 4 classes.
