Then this is the class for you !!!

POWERfit #BASHMENTPole fitness CLASSES are the first and only Bashment pole classes in the world. POWERfit Pole Class is a strength and flexibility class where you will learn the fundamentals of pole fitness. The pole fitness moves that you will learn are tailored to your level and will accommodate your needs. You will also have the chance to freestyle at the end of class allowing you to showcase all you have learnt. Please do not feel shy class is a safe empowering space for ALL and I am here to support you x 

This is a group class that will be taking place in South London. There will be a few people per pole but do not worry you will get equal time on the pole and enough time to rest in-between !!! 

Beginners/Intermediate Pole fitness (Suitable for complete beginners): 5:30pm-7pm

Advance Pole fitness (You should only attend this class if you are confident attempting ALL POWERfit intermediate moves unassisted- if you have any question please email info@powerfitwitht.com): 7pm-8:30pm
