We are happy to announce that Powerfit With T Lyra Lessons are now LIVE!!!!
Combining Strength, Cardio and Mobility practices, Lyra is a 1 of the best ways to build muscle, endurance and flexibility whilst having more creative fun then you would in your regular BodyPump or LBT class.
Our Brixton-based hoop 1-2-1 lessons are being being run on a first-come-first-served basis due to limited spaces so don't delay, book your lessons ASAP.
All clients who block book lessons or 1-2-1 lessons will also be provided exclusive access to the Powerfit Flexibili-T cache of follow-along videos, that will perfectly compliment all your aerial training.
